How do I report a gas leak or emergency?

In the event of an emergency, call our 24-hour emergency line at (423) 272-8841 or (423) 357-8585.  If your call is not answered please dial 911 and report your emergency.

How can I pay my bill?

We offer several methods to pay your bill:

  • By Mail - Hawkins County Gas - P.O. Box 667 - Rogersville, TN  37857

  • In Person - 202 Park Blvd - Rogersville, TN  37857  or  447 E Main St - Mount Carmel, TN  37645

  • Drop Box 

    • Rogersville Office - Wall depository on the front porch  or  drive-up depository at the south entrance​

    • Mount Carmel Office - Wall depository at the drive thru window

  • Pay By Phone - (423) 272-8841  or  (423) 357-8585​​​

  • Pay Online - Click here

  • Bank Draft - You can setup automatic bank draft by clicking here to download an Automatic Bank Draft Authorization Form.  Bring the completed form to one of our offices to complete the enrollment process.

  • Pay At Your Bank - On-time payments are accepted at the following local banks:

    • APEX Bank

    • Civis Bank

    • First Community Bank of East Tennessee

    • First Horizon Bank

    • US Bank 

Warning:  Hawkins County Gas only recommends using the payment methods listed on our website.  We are not affiliated with any other third-party online bill payment providers.  Customers making payments with a third-party online bill payment provider may incur extra fees for using their service.  In addition, Hawkins County Gas has no control over when we receive these payments, which could result in a late payment fee being applied to your account or possibly even disconnection of service due to non-payment.  Remember, if you receive any suspicious phone calls or emails from someone claiming to represent Hawkins County Gas or requesting payment, please call Hawkins County Gas right away.
